Growth rarely fails in one place. It leaks between them.
Discover
Attribution gapVisitors arrive from search, ads and social, but nothing records where they came from. Without that, you cannot tell which channel is actually bringing buyers.
Evaluate
Generic pagesBuyers compare options before they speak to anyone. When your page does not answer their specific question, they move on to one that does.
Enquire
High frictionForms ask for effort before they explain what happens next. People with real intent leave, and the ones who submit arrive with little context.
Handoff
Lost contextLeads reach sales without the source, the promise made in the ad or the pages the buyer read. The first call starts cold.
Retain
No feedbackWhat happens after the sale rarely reaches marketing. The kind of customer you want more of stays hard to find again.
Six problems growing businesses face.
When marketing is built in separate pieces, the gaps between them are where enquiries and budget get lost.
Traffic arrives but does not convert
Clicks land on broad pages that do not match what the visitor was looking for, so few turn into enquiries.
Leads reach sales without context
Sales gets a name and an email, but not the campaign, the pages read or the reason the buyer got in touch.
Marketing and sales use separate data
Ads and analytics measure clicks; the CRM measures deals. Nobody can see which campaign produced revenue.
Ad budget goes to the wrong clicks
Broad targeting and vague messages attract people who were never going to buy, so cost per sale keeps rising.
Journeys with too many drop-off points
Slow pages, unclear next steps and long forms make interested visitors give up before they enquire or check out.
No feedback from sales to marketing
What buyers say on calls and why deals are won or lost rarely reaches the people writing the ads and pages.
What changes when the system is connected.
Form lands in a shared inbox
The enquiry arrives with no source, no page and no context attached.
The reply comes days later
By then the buyer has already spoken to someone who replied sooner.
Sales asks questions already answered
Nobody knows which page or ad brought the buyer in.
A lost deal, and nothing learned
Budget keeps going to the same campaigns with no feedback on lead quality.
The form captures the context
Source, page and campaign are saved with the lead in the CRM automatically.
The right person is alerted at once
The buyer gets an instant acknowledgement and a quick, relevant reply.
Sales starts from the buyer’s problem
The conversation picks up from what the buyer already read and asked.
Results feed back into marketing
You can see which channels bring good leads and move budget toward them.
Four ways we build the system.
Each area works on its own, but they are designed to connect, so a lead from an ad, a search or a post is handled the same careful way.
Positioning, go-to-market and the priorities everything else follows.
Search, content, social and paid demand that brings the right buyers in.
Websites that explain the offer clearly and make enquiring easy.
CRM and automation so every lead is captured, routed and followed up.
A simple process: map, align, build, improve.

Read before you decide.
Questions before you get in touch.
Scope, tools and how we work, answered plainly.
01 What is the free growth audit?
We look at your website, how enquiries are captured, where your traffic comes from and how leads are followed up. Then we email you a short note on the biggest gaps and what we would fix first. There is no obligation to work with us.
02 Who do you work with?
Startups and small or mid-sized businesses, D2C and eCommerce brands, and B2B companies. We are based in India and work remotely with clients in India and abroad.
03 How is this different from hiring separate agencies?
When SEO, ads, the website and the CRM are run by different people, the handoffs between them are where leads get lost. We plan and build these pieces together, so tracking, messaging and follow-up line up from the first click to the sales conversation.
04 Which tools and platforms do you work with?
WordPress and WooCommerce for websites, HubSpot and Zoho for CRM, Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager and Search Console for tracking, and the main ad and social platforms. If you already use a tool, we start with what you have.
05 Do you only advise, or also do the work?
Both. We can plan and build the full setup, or work alongside your team and handle the parts you do not have in-house.
06 How long does it take, and what does it cost?
It depends on what needs fixing. After the audit we share a written plan with phases, deliverables and pricing, so you know the scope before any work starts.
